Shripad Yesso Nail born on 4th October 1952 is an Indian Politician and a member of Lok Sabha Since 2019 representing the BJP. As part of the Union Cabinet, Shripad Yeso has held many portfolios from Health and Family Welfare, Tourism, Culture, Roads, Finance Highways, Ports Shipping, and Waterways, and had a good relationship with the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. He has been a member of Parliament from North Goa Constituency representing the Bharatiya Janata Party since 1999. Since then Shripad Yesso held his seat by winning consecutive elections from 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2019 elections.

In the year 2014, Shripad Yesso was appointed Minister of State of the Ministry of AYUSH along he was also in charge of the Defence Ministry on 31st May 2019 the second of the Modi Government. Naik has also made a controversial statement wherein he publicly stated that he had access to research that proved diseases such as cancer could be cured through Yoga. In 2024 Shripad Yeso naik won the Lok Sabha election with a margin of 2 lakh votes by defeating Ramakant Khalap.
