Sanjay Singh is an Indian Politician from the Aam Aadmi Party and a member of the Rajya Sabha from Delhi. He was born in Sultanpur District of Uttar Pradesh on 22nd March 1972 to Parents who were teachers. After Completing his diploma in Mining Engineering from the Orissa School of Mining Engineering in the year 1994, he started an Organization called Sultanpur Samaj Sewa Sangathan there he worked for the poor people by organizing blood donation and health Camps. He also actively became part of the Anna Hazare anti-corruption movement in 2011. The other organization Sanjay Singh worked for was Azad Sewa Samiti which later became part of the National Hawkers Association.

Later, Sanjay Singh became one of the founding members of the Aam Admi Party (AAP). In February 2017, he was made in charge of the Punjab State Unit of the Party as it Contested the Punjab Assembly election. He has been involved with the Aam Aadmi Party since its inception in 2012. Presently, Sanjay Singh is the National Spokesperson of the Party. During his tenure, the Aam Admi party became the largest opposition party in Punjab and was also the Delhi state in charge of the polls. Singh was also involved in a 16-year struggle for the rights of street vendors in Uttar Pradesh and was also actively involved in disaster relief operations in Gujarat, Uttarakhand, TN, Jammu, and Kashmir.
