Dr. Subramanian Swamy is one the most famous and senior Indian Politician with a background as an economist and statistician. We can say that Subramanian Swamy has a very long and experienced political journey because he was a member of the Planning Commission of India and was a Cabinet Minister in the Chandra Shekhar government. He was born on 15 September 1939, in Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By profession, his father was a bureaucrat and his mother, Padmavathi, was a homemaker. Narasimha Rao in 1994 and 1996. He has completed the Ph.D degree in Economics so he has joined the Department of Economics at the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences as an assistant professor. In the year of 1969, he decided to change his career path and shift to the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and started his duty as a full Professor of Mathematical Economics.

The political journey of Dr. Subramanian Swamy started in the year of 1960s when he joined the Sarvodaya movement. Now after some time, when he failed as a professor and Economist, so he was elected Member of Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament five times between 1974 and 1999. Then he joined the Bhartiya Janta Party as an active member and served the duty for a long time.
